Returns & Exchange Policy – Lavishly.pk

At Lavishly.pk, we care about your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. If you receive the wrong item, wrong model, or a damaged product, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Simply contact our support team on WhatsApp or call 0335-1747628 or email us at shop@lavishly.pk with your order number, product photos, and the reason for return. Once approved, our team will guide you through the process, and your replacement or exchange will be arranged within 3–5 working days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and buyers may need to pay re-shipping costs for exchanges. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

If you receive a broken, defective, or wrong product, report it immediately by sharing pictures or videos with our team for a quick resolution.
